Pre-order policy
Pre-orders involve the advance purchase of products, typically before their official release date. Our available quantities are limited, and these orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Preorders can be canceled within a 24-hour window from the time of order placement, subject to our cancellation policy, which includes a 15% service and processing fee based on the total order cost.
Our allocation process operates on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event that we are unable to fulfill an order, the buyer will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Pre-orders are held for up to two weeks, after which we reserve the right to cancel the order, applying a 15% service and processing fee to the total order cost.
Damages and Issues:
We take great care in your orders to prevent any damage. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
